Ingredient A - 230G A1 Sauce, 1kg of meat Ingredient B - 5 shallot, 5 pips garlic, minced ginger, 10 slices curry leaves, 2 stalks lemon grass 1)Use ingredient A marinated together, leave for 10 minutes. 2)Heat up ingredient B, pour marinated ingredient into wok, frying with high heat. Add some water and stir frying well with gravy. (May add coconut milk/ chili sauce or tamarind juice)
